Journal Therapy is expressive writing that involves recording thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a journal. We want students to experience emotional releases, self-reflect, gain insight and understanding, and promote stress reduction.
Avoid the noise. Dismiss the distractions. Simply enjoy a peaceful environment where students can decompress, meditate, and just... BE.
We curate Mental Health Round Tables where no topic is off the table. Discussions will include mental health conditions, accessibility and the need for additional tools and resources and improved ways of reaching out to students. Our students will lead these conversations with realistic and attainable goals at the forefront.
